The Ascot Park Hotel has the largest and most comprehensive function facilities in Southland.

With facilities for a small meeting for 5 people, themed dinner for 500 or a major meeting for 600 with theatre-style seating, the Ascot Park Hotel can meet all your meeting and conferencing needs with ease. There is a full range of audio visual equipment and presentation supplies available, and the hotel can help arrange entertainment if desired.

The main conference area is 650 square metres and can be divided into three self contained rooms by sound proof dividers, including the large foyer area - the function capacity is ideal for trade display and product launches. There is also vehicle entrance to the facilities.
