Bailie's Bar has recently been restored as part of the restoration of Warners Historic Hotel. It has retained a lot of the original character from the Victorian Lantern Glass Ceilings, oak panelling to open fireplaces, which have now been replaced by gas. Getting There

Driving from airport should take you approximately 20 mins. Drive down Memorial Avenue/Fendalton Road, left into Harper Avenue takes you through Hagley Park, onto Bealey Avenue. 4th set of lights is Colombo Street, turn right, this will lead you directly into Cathedral Square, on entering the Square we are on your left.

Our mix of 22 rooms and suites offers options for everyone. The Premium Suites and Superior Rooms all overlook Cathedral Square. All rooms are furnished with an elegant and old fashion charm that offers comfort and ease.

All rooms within the hotel are NON smoking.

Premium Suites and Superior Rooms have king size beds or two queen beds and all overlook Cathedral Square.

Deluxe Suites and Deluxe Rooms have queen size beds.
